Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date. You’ll receive an automatic shipping notification e-mail from us containing your Fedex tracking number. We will upon request ship via USPS. If orders are requested outside of the country, We will extend this order process by 48 hours for proper identification and verification of parties involved.

Backorders

We accept your order for items listed in backorder. Your order will be billed only once item is ready to ship.

Billing

We accept Cash, checks, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. If you need to pay by money order, please contact our customer service to make arrangements. Your order will be shipped only after billing is complete.

Shipping

Orders over $200 are rewarded with FREE shipping to the lower 48 states ONLY. Any orders below $200 will require shipping fees. Shipping fees will be added to the purchase total during online checkout or quoted when placing an order by phone. If for some reason an applicable shipping fee isn’t added during checkout, we may contact you about the requirement.

Orders are shipped from Southern California via FEDEX. All orders over $200 are free of shipping cost if you select Ground method(except Hawaii and Alaska). You may choose UPS Ground, 3 day select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. We set a standard shipping price, any requested changes are at the customers expense.

Hawaii, Alaska and Canada:

If your product is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or out of the country, you must select accordingly when making your Trikke selection. If the proper shipping fee isn’t selected, your shipment could be delayed. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in shipping costs.

Canada and other international customers are responsible for any duties and additional shipping costs that may be applicable. Shipment is usually by the US Postal Service using Air Parcel Post with a 4-10 business day delivery time.

Delivery Confirmation: SouthBay Trikke does not choose confirmation of delivery. Federal Express will normally just drop the package off at your front door if you’re not home. If you give special instructions during checkout we will put a note on the shipping label for the Fedex delivery person. We recommend that when ever possible that someone be home the day of the delivery OR have it delivered to your place of business. If you do have it delivered to your work then please indicate such during checkout.
