We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. When purchasing on our website your credit card number, except the last 4 digits, stays completely confidential and is not disclosed to us.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Buying a TRIKKE Online: You do have to be careful who you’re buying a product from online or even from a TV infomercial. Be wary of the sites that call the TRIKKE a “scooter”. Even though it’s similar to a scooter there isn’t any pushing or pedaling required. If anyone calls the TRIKKE a scooter they don’t know much, if anything, about the product. Most sites don’t make their contact information easy to find (if it’s available) why, because they only want you to make a purchase and are difficult for support after the sale. This is why South Bay Trikke offers phone sales and service. We want you to feel certain that your purchase is private, secure and exactly what you would expect. We give you the opportunity to call before your purchase AND afterwards for on-going TRIKKE product support.
Payments for a Trikke or product may be made online securely through our site. You may use PayPal with a credit card without the obligation to join Paypal. Orders may be taken over the phone, please supply billing information.
In Torrance California the tax rate is 9.0% for 2014. All sales out of state are the responsibility of the customer to report those purchases. We do not charge tax to out of state customers. We do not report to out of state agencies.
What is a CSV or ASV Code?
This should be a 3 or 4 digit code on the back or front of your credit card. At South Bay Trikke we’ve chosen to require this code when processing your order to help protect you, the consumer, from fraudulent purchases made using your credit card. Requiring this code makes it necessary to provide the exact billing address for which your credit card statement goes to.
WEB RETURN POLICY
After purchasing a product at SouthBay Trikke, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase (from www.southbaytrikke.com), you may return it for a refund (cost of goods less shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept the return of items purchased directly from other retail locations or websites. Items purchased on our website may not be returned to any retail location other than our store. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging box and sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. SouthBayTrikke.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all unused returns and a 30% restock refurbishing fee will be applied to all used returns. The shipping and handling fee is not refundable. If you would like to exchange your merchandise you must pay the difference in price (if appropriate) plus all shipping and handling fees if they apply.
Please email us to email@example.com in order to request an RMA. Please include the original invoice with your return and the RMA number must be noted on the outside of the package. Please allow 2 weeks for processing returns. After obtaining an RMA number, please make sure you include all accessories, manuals, parts that come in the box, product perfectly wrapped and padded inside and ship it with a tracking number to:
